Photos and Images: When you use LensCoach to analyze a photo, the image is processed to provide camera settings recommendations. Images are sent to our AI service provider for analysis and are not stored permanently on our servers.

Device Information: We may collect basic device information such as device type, operating system version, and app version for troubleshooting and improving our service.

Subscription Information: If you subscribe to LensCoach Pro, payment processing is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or store your payment information. We only receive confirmation of your subscription status.

How We Use Your Information

Data Retention

Photos submitted for analysis are processed in real-time and are not permanently stored. We do not maintain a database of your images. Temporary processing data is automatically deleted after analysis is complete.

LensCoach uses the following third-party services:

• AI Analysis Provider: To analyze images and generate camera settings recommendations
• RevenueCat: To manage subscriptions and restore purchases
• Apple App Store: To process payments for subscriptions

Camera Access

LensCoach requires camera access to capture photos for analysis. Camera access is only used when you actively choose to take a photo within the app. We do not access your camera in the background.

Photo Library Access

If you choose to analyze existing photos, LensCoach will request access to your photo library. We only access photos you explicitly select for analysis.

Children's Privacy

LensCoach is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
