By accessing or using LensCoach, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the app.
LensCoach is an AI-powered photography assistant that analyzes photos and provides camera settings recommendations including aperture, shutter speed, and ISO suggestions. The app offers both free and premium subscription tiers.
LensCoach Pro provides unlimited AI-powered photo analyses, personalized camera settings recommendations, lighting assessments, and professional tips for every shooting scenario.
Free Trial: LensCoach Pro offers a 3-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged.
Billing: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Renewal: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of your selected plan.
Managing Subscriptions: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds: All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's refund policies. To request a refund, please contact Apple Support.

LensCoach and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by LensCoach and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any photos you submit for analysis. By using the app, you grant us a limited license to process your images solely for the purpose of providing camera settings recommendations.
Camera settings recommendations provided by LensCoach are generated by artificial intelligence and are intended as suggestions only. Results may vary based on your specific equipment, conditions, and artistic preferences. We do not guarantee that following our recommendations will produce any particular photographic outcome.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LensCoach shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the app immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
